1. Product Condition & Authenticity

All collectibles are sold "as-is." For graded items (slabs), the grade provided by third-party services such as PSA, BGS, or CGC is considered final and represents the definitive condition of the item. For "Raw" cards, Elite Looters Collectibles provides the best possible visual description and high-resolution imagery; however, we do not guarantee specific grades upon submission to third-party services.

2. Live Breaks / "Rip and Ship"

By purchasing a spot in a live break or a "Rip and Ship" product, you are authorizing Elite Looters Collectibles to open sealed merchandise on your behalf. You are purchasing the contents of the packs opened, not the sealed packaging itself. Results are based entirely on chance. No specific card, value, or "hit" is guaranteed. Once the seal is broken at your request, the service is considered fully rendered.

3. Shipping, Handling & Insurance

We take pride in our logistics, packaging every order to "The Vault" standard using reinforced materials and protective sleeves. Once a package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), Elite Looters Collectibles is no longer responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Insurance is highly encouraged for high-value orders and is the responsibility of the buyer to request or select at checkout.

4. Returns & Sales Tax

Due to the extreme volatility of the collectibles market, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, particularly on products opened during live sessions. Sales tax will be applied to all Arizona-based transactions as required by state law (TPT #21645515). By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms in their entirety.
