Our Dispatch Schedule
To ensure maximum efficiency, we follow a strict carrier drop-off routine:
- Monday – Friday: Twice-daily dispatch (Morning & Afternoon pickups).
- Saturday: Single morning dispatch for all orders placed Friday night/Saturday morning.
- Sunday & Federal Holidays: No dispatch. All Sunday orders are prioritized for the Monday morning "First-Drop."
Inventory & Handling
- Climate-Controlled Storage: Every item in our inventory is stored in a climate-controlled environment to ensure the highest grade of preservation for both raw and graded collectibles.
- Secure Packaging: We utilize industry-leading materials—including team bags, top-loaders, and reinforced shipping boxes—to ensure your collectibles arrive in the same condition they left our studio.
- Tamper-Evident Seals: High-value orders from "The Vault" are shipped with tamper-evident security measures to protect your investment during transit.
Verification & Compliance
- Real-Time Tracking: Every order is issued a tracking number immediately upon fulfillment. We utilize thermal printing technology (Rollo) to ensure all labels are scan-ready for carrier efficiency.
- Fully Licensed & Insured: Elite Looters Collectibles LLC is a verified business entity. AZ TPT License: 21645515. We are fully insured for the transport of high-value high-value collectibles.
